All positions on the Committee will be available, so if you are thinking about nominating feel free to discuss any of the roles with the president and/or refer to ‘PTR committee member roles and responsibilities’ available on Team App.

You must be a 2019-20 member to be eligible to vote or nominate for a position on the Committee, so if you have not got your forms/payments in do it NOW.

If you are unable to make the meeting you may appoint another member as a proxy for this meeting-the proxy must be a 2019-20 member
