It’s time for our Sunday end of month group run, and this time, we are going on an excursion to Sherbrooke! PTR member Shelley will take us on a run in one of her favourite places.

We will run as one group; those wanting to run faster can run ahead and return back to the group, those running slower dictate the pace.

Note: If you take a shortcut back to the cars, it is your responsibility to listen to the instructions and travel safely back to your car – not too difficult to follow. Make sure you have your mobile phone with you and use something like Maps.Me or Google Maps.

There are lots of coffee shops in the area, if anyone wants coffee afterwards.
