Tonight is the return of Stravalek! (Stravalek = Strava + Fartlek)
The Seagull will have all the Langy F&F Strava segments written down and in a hat. One by one we will do a lucky dip. We will make our way to the selected segment, then once there, we’ll run it together and everyone can try for a PB or even a crown.
We then pick the next segment out of the hat, and repeat until we have all had enough! An awesome night is guaranteed.
